Return & Exchange Policy (SA online only)
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
- If you would like to return or exchange anything, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Fly Revolution will be entitled to recover the cost of the return shipping.
- When exchanges are shipped, Fly Revolution will cover the cost of the return shipping to the customer.
- Returns can also be made to our premises : GSP Unit G6 Gate 1 Victoria Junction, Prestwich Street, Green Point, Cape Town, 8005, by first emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- Products that have been worn (other than to fit) will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Product returned must still have the original tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
